“Kindhaus was an absolute lifeline when I was getting back into work after having a baby as a freelancer. Adhoc childcare is so hard to find and with a job that has unpredictable hours I couldn’t have taken many bookings without knowing I could rely on the amazing team at Kindhaus. Our daughter loved her time there and the working area was perfect for my partner to use even for private calls. Thank you for being so wonderful with Sa** !!"

“An amazing space - wish I'd learned about it earlier! I'm able to book my baby in and have three glorious hours to get admin and work done, or simply drop in and have somewhere for her to play that isn't our living room. It's full of toys, the team are so welcoming, the coffee is delicious and it's such a home away from home at an affordable price. Couldn't recommend it more!"

“First time using the co-working space and crèche, today. Can highly recommend. A comfortable environment, flexible and professional service" “The concept is brilliant. I spent ages searching for a place like yours"

“Wanted to take a moment to highlight an incredible initiative by Ann-Marie Kinlock. Ann-Marie's innovative #KindHaus creche and co-working space in #StokeNewington #London provides flexible, genuinely affordable and trustworthy #childcare for children aged 6 months - 6 years. With parents able to book creche spaces online, with as little as 24 hours notice, KindHaus provides those who work ad-hoc and irregular hours the freedom to keep working and generating income; or simply to find space in the day for a bit of 'me time'. It's an initiative that will particularly benefit #freelancers and the #selfemployed, for whom the rigidity and expense of UK nursery care can make it near-impossible to maintain careers alongside childcare responsibilities.”

"I was left without my normal childcare one Wednesday and someone recommended Kindhaus on a local WhatsApp group I was on. It was a bit of a walk away - about 40 minutes from school drop-off, but definitely worth it. It's a play space, cafe, as well as a workspace with creche. You can book the creche from 9.30-12.30, which is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and when I turned up, they had a lovely person called Sophia who was going to be looking after my 13 month old. She was bubbly and warm, and while my little one was more than a little upset at waking up in a strange place with someone he didn't recognise, she did a great job at engaging and playing with him. I was sat in the cafe right by the play area so I could hear him, and occasionally catch a glimpse of him. However, if I wanted more peace, then the double doors which separated the cafe from the play space could be closed. After a small teething problem, I got wifi working. I also tried the hot chocolate with oat milk which was great. There's a small outside space too which had a teepee and some of the cutest deckchairs ever, as well as a table if you fancied eating there. The cafe serves simple food - I had avocado on toast which the little one enjoyed too. But there's also toasties for the kids and snacks available too. The space is clean and the toys are thoughtfully chosen. It wasn't very crowded when I went, but I imagine this will change as more people hear about it. There's also a downstairs area which is going to be ideal if you need a quiet workspace from which to do calls. Before I turned up, I filled in a child registration form and Ann-Marie, the manager, was great at getting in touch to ask a bit more about my son's dairy allergy, which I really appreciated. All in all, a lovely space with warm, friendly people. It's definitely much-needed and will be super helpful for days when I need to get some work done without my baby's grubby little paws smashing my laptop."
