Cancellation Policy

Event Guidelines Capacity; 60 guests maximum, adults and children combined. Timing; Access begins at the time confirmed on your booking. Additional time is not guaranteed. Contact hello@kindhaus.co.uk in advance if your event requires a different arrangement. Use of the Venue; Guests have access to the cafe, garden and wellness studio. Toilets are located next to the cafe. The childcare studio, workspace, and offices are not accessible during hire. Pets; No animals are permitted on the premises. Glitter; Glitter is not permitted anywhere in the venue. Walls; Hanging points are provided throughout the venue for bunting and balloons. No additional fixings, adhesives, tape, or bluetac may be applied to any surface. Smoking; Smoking is not permitted on or outside the premises. Fire Safety; A fire safety briefing is given by a member of the KindHaus team at the start of your set-up period. Allow 5 to 10 minutes. Noise; Walrond House is a mixed-use development with residential housing directly above the venue. Extended noisy activities should be planned for indoors where possible. Music; A Bluetooth speaker is provided. No external speakers or amplifiers are permitted. All amplified sound must remain inside the building. Alcohol; Alcohol is permitted. The sale of alcohol on the premises is not permitted. Storage; Party items may be dropped off at the end of the preceding day, subject to availability. KindHaus stores items at the owner's risk. Food; You are welcome to bring your own food. Chilled items can be stored in the kitchen fridge. KindHaus is a nut-free environment. Nuts of any kind are not permitted on the premises. Espresso Machine; The espresso machine is not available for guest use.
